Dallas was born big at 20 inches and a little over 12 pounds, never the less his parents loved him and cared for him. He was often taken care of by his older half-brother Derrick who is 10 years older than him. His brother was very over protective of him and sheltered him to a certain extent, but that didn’t keep Derrick from sharing his passion of professional wrestling with Dallas. When Dallas turned 10 he lost his closest friend and Brother Derrick when Derrick left for Calgary, Alberta, Canada to train in the Hart Family Dungeon where he successfully graduated from. Due to Dallas being so over protected and sheltered was very shy and had problems making friends, as a matter of fact Dallas never had any friends in school. He stayed to himself and blended in; rarely did anyone hear him speak a word. Come May 2003 when Dallas was 16 (turning 17 later in the year) he graduated high school with a 3.0 GPA and several colleges offering him scholarships, but Dallas didn’t want to go to college so he worked at a local burger joint to save up money for wrestling school. By the time he was 18 he had over $5,000 saved up. Having plenty for him to go to a wrestling school he informed his parents of his plans and was ready to leave, but his parents said if he were to wait and get some sort of a back-up career that they would pay for wrestling school. Dallas agreed and the next week he started his tattoo apprenticeship. A year later at the age of 18 and the year 2004 he was a licensed tattoo artist and piercer. His parents fulfilled their end of the deal and gave him money to go to the wrestling school of his choice. Dallas traveled to a Louisville, Kentucky to go to a local wrestling school their near family. It was when he first arrived in Louisville he was reunited with his brother Derrick. Derrick offered to train Dallas for free in a makeshift ring at the local fair grounds where he ran shows. Derrick never made it big, but he was a great in ring performer and taught Dallas a lot until 4 months later his brother died in a tragic car accident. At Derrick’s funeral, Dallas met one of his brother’s good friends Phoenix Nitro. Dallas told Nitro all about his training and Nitro offered to train him, Dallas of course accepted his generous offer. 6 months later Dallas finished training in 2004 and did several small shows for 2 years until he was 20 years old. In 2006 Dallas was signed to Chikara and Ring of Honor, he still competed for several other smaller Indy promotions where he would eventually meet Devlin DaNoose (who would eventually become his best friend). Dallas had several pretty insignificant on screen feuds throughout his career, but gained worldwide recognition for his in ring ability and his stunning agility. This recognition brought him to the attention of a big company like NGC where he would get his first big break in the wrestling community. Later after NGC closed its doors he was signed to rival business TXW under a developmental contract where he would compete on their reality show TXW Breakout. Dallas was there with his best friend DaNoose and both avoided elimination until the show’s cancelation. But to their luck they were brought to the main roster where DaNoose would team with his longtime friend Screech and Dallas was paired with a wrestler of the name JC Pullins. Dallas and JC needed a way to be brought together as a team, so Dallas suggested to the writers at TXW “How about we have me and JC be longtime friends from Cincinnati and have JC be billed from Cincinnati and we can be called the Queen City Kings.” Management loved the idea and their debut match was against DaNoose and Screech. The two teams had a fantastic match where The Queen City Kings would come out victorious. Later on that night however, Dallas and JC had a terrible falling out so Dallas refused to team with JC anymore so management released him from his contract. After his departure JC continued using the moniker “Queen City King”. Dallas tried to convince JC to drop the nickname as it rightfully belonged to Dallas (In his mind) since he came up with it, but JC refused. Dallas and JC both to this day use the “Queen City King” name. After time in free agency, NGC reopened its doors and resigned Dallas Blaike. Dallas made it to the semi-finals of the NGC world title tournament where he was defeated by Maxwell Verdi. In his next to matches he would have set the record for the shortest matches in known CAW history after a Rolling Elbow from Chris Grant one week and an "Off with Their Head" by N9NE the next. Angry at the booking of those matches he refused to show up to any of the next shows sending the message he quit NGC.
